She finds the most interesting part of advertising to be the constantly changing technology that influences strategy. Finding creative solutions to develop partnerships that not only achieve business results for brands, but also push the media industry forward is what makes this industry both challenging and rewarding. She is a native Texan, but loves spending time in the Rocky Mountains. She has two sons and a daughter with whom she spends most of her free time frequenting baseball games, soccer games and the birthday party circuit.

Jeff has previously held leadership positions with G6 Hospitality, Orbitz, Leonardo, and Shoebacca.com.

Ly has been honored as an AdAge Women to Watch and one of Campaign US' Digital 40 over 40. She has spoken at many conferences such as 4A's, ANA, CES, Digiday, Mediapost, PRSA and SXSW. Her expertise is vast elevating brands of all sizes from Fortune 500 to challenger brands, startover to startup brands. Before her tenure at indie agencies, Ly built full-service digital and media disciplines for publicly held agencies like BBDO and McCann-Erickson and helped Grey Advertising bring to life specialty spin-offs Grey Entertainment & Grey Alliance.
